QueueFortress Inc. is a US-based bookkeeping firm founded by Jack Noordhuizen, a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Every client's books are handled in the United States — never outsourced overseas.

Why we specialize in real estate investors

General bookkeepers treat a rental portfolio like any other business — one lumped P&L and a shoebox of receipts. Real estate is different: you need profit by property, mortgage principal and interest split correctly, security deposits tracked as liabilities, and clean books across multiple LLCs. We do this every day for landlords, flippers, BRRRR and short-term rental investors, and portfolio owners.

How we work

1. Free books review. A short call to see where your books stand and how your properties and entities are structured.
2. Setup or cleanup. We set up QuickBooks Online for your portfolio, or clean up existing books so you start accurate.
3. Monthly bookkeeping. Each month we categorize, reconcile, and deliver property-level financials — plus a CPA-ready package at year end.

How we protect your data

• We work exclusively in QuickBooks Online — your financial data stays inside Intuit's secure platform.
• Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication (2FA).
• We never sell or share your data with third parties.

What to expect in your first 30 days

• Week 1: free books review call and plan recommendation.
• Weeks 1–2: QuickBooks Online setup or cleanup scoped and started.
• Weeks 2–4: your books brought current, with your first property-level financials.
