These Terms of Service govern your use of the QueueFortress Inc. website and bookkeeping services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

QueueFortress provides bookkeeping services in QuickBooks Online and prepares CPA-ready financials for real estate investors. QueueFortress is not a CPA firm and does not provide tax, audit, attest, legal, or investment advice. Any guidance we provide is bookkeeping-level only. You are responsible for your own tax filings, which should be handled by your CPA or tax professional.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information and timely access to the accounts and records we need to keep your books.
Review the financials we deliver and let us know promptly of any questions or corrections.
Maintain your own QuickBooks Online subscription, which is billed separately by Intuit.

Fees and billing

Monthly bookkeeping plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Catch-up or cleanup work is quoted separately and is generally completed and paid before ongoing monthly service begins.
Plan placement and final pricing depend on your property count, entity structure, and transaction volume, and are confirmed on a call. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation

Monthly services are month-to-month. You may cancel with reasonable notice. Fees for services already performed are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

We treat your financial information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data except as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueFortress is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for tax positions, filings, or outcomes, which are the responsibility of you and your CPA.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
